Packed with surprises – Good and Bad
This jungle retreat offers fantastic free yoga classes at 7:30 am and beautiful room terraces with hammocks! The breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to the day! !
The road to reach this location is extremely rough and access can be challenging, making the journey feel more arduous than it should.

Had a great time at Buenavista! Loved the free morning yoga sessions and the lovely terrace with a hammock. The setting in the jungle is beautiful, even if the road getting there is a bit rough. Breakfast was solid too!

Staying at this hotel was perfect for our family getaway! The atmosphere is so relaxing, surrounded by nature. We loved that the kids could try kayaking and there were bikes to explore the area, including a short ride to the lagoon.
My kids wished for a better pool experience.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel was a fantastic spot to kick off our adventures, close to attractions like the lagoon and Chacchoben. We loved kayaking, biking, and even playing darts there. Plus, they have yoga sessions and monitor everything 24/7 for safety.
We noticed that the pool was pretty unclean during our stay, with leaves and stagnant water, which was disappointing as we wanted to use it.

The surroundings are truly enchanting, giving off a secluded jungle vibe, complete with comforting jungle sounds while ensuring guests are safe in their bug-screened cabins. Enjoying the pool was a refreshing highlight, especially after a day spent cycling to the nearby lagoon. The friendly staff always provided kind service, enhancing the overall experience. However, be prepared for the limited dining options, as the breakfast, though filling, could vary in choice, and access to the lake's pier might require some planning.

Had a fantastic time with friends at this hidden gem! It was a great starting point for exploring the lagoon and Chacchoben. We enjoyed kayaking, played darts, and participated in yoga sessions. The hotel is video-monitored 24/7, which added to our peace of mind.
One downside was the road to reach this location, which was extremely rough and made getting there feel a bit challenging.

A Jungle Retreat with Potential
The atmosphere felt truly enchanting, with a beautiful natural setting. Luc's efforts to provide us with personalized service made our stay memorable, especially the surprise complimentary massage. However, guests should be ready for some maintenance issues and limited dining options at the beach club. Bring bug spray!
